Besides coffee, does ZUS Coffee serve food as well? What are they?
We have a variety of food options to compliment our range of drinks. In our stores and on the App, you'll find meals on-the-go and snacks from healthy bites to pure indulgence for all your meals! Food are available only at our outlets only.
Purchasing
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit & debit card, online banking with major local banks (Maybank2U, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now, Hong Leong Connect, AmOnline, Bank Islam, Affin Bank), and e-wallet (TnGo, Boostpay, Grabpay, ShopeePay) through RazerPay and online bank transfer.
How does the discount work?
All discount codes are available as per the terms and conditions stated in the promotional campaign (if any). Discount code would have to be applied at the specific discount column prior to payment page.
Do you take corporate or bulk order?
Yes, we do take corporate of bulk orders.

Do you offer customisation?
Customisation is available for selected products, with a commitment of minimum quantity.

Are all the items in the website available at ZUS Coffee physical outlets?
Our product is currently available via our online sales channesl only.

Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Delivery within Malaysia will take;
2 - 5 working days (West Malaysia)
7 - 14 working days (East Malaysia),

How can I track my order?
We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item is ready to be shipped out from warehouse.
How much is the shipping fee?
West Malaysia:
- Flat rate of RM6 for orders below RM60
- FREE shipping for orders above RM60
East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan):
- Flat rate of RM18 for orders below RM100
- FREE shipping for orders above RM100

Are there any customs and import charges?
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be bear by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no exact detail over these charges, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return and exchange policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at dtc-support@zuscoffee.com. Our friendly support team will assist you accordingly within 48 hours
What is the timeline for exchange or refund?
In general, it takes about 10 to 15 working days for us to process - which inclusive of getting your package at the fulfilment centre, inspection, inbounding to inventory before you finally receive your exchange or refund.
The refund amount will be the exact paid amount for the order made by you.
Is there any warranty for the product?
Besides our 30-days customer happiness policy, we do not offer warranty for our product. Rest assured all our products have met the highest production and quality control standards before being sold to the market.
