General Terms
- All decisions made by ZUS Commerce (M) Sdn. Bhd. regarding exchanges, refunds, and returns are final.
- Policies may be updated without prior notice.
- By placing an order on the ZUS Commerce (M) Sdn. Bhd. website, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions and the merchandise Warranty Policy.
Shipping
Delivery Time
- West Malaysia: 3–5 working days
- East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan): 7–14 working days
- Tracking information will be emailed once your parcel is out for delivery.
- Delivery timelines apply to READY STOCK items only.
- Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond ZUS Commerce (M) Sdn. Bhd.'s control.
- Please check the item status on our website before placing your order:
- [ORDER NOW] – Ready stock.
- [PRE-ORDER NOW] – Pre-order item with extended fulfilment timelines.
Order Tracking
- Once your order leaves our warehouse, tracking details will be sent to the email address used during checkout.
- ZUS Commerce (M) Sdn. Bhd. is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners after dispatch.
Shipping Fees
- West Malaysia:
- RM6 flat rate for orders below RM60
- FREE shipping for orders of RM60 and above
- East Malaysia:
- RM18 flat rate for orders below
- RM100FREE shipping for orders of RM100 and above
Shipping fees are calculated per order and are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
Customs & Import Duties
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by their country.
- ZUS Commerce (M) Sdn. Bhd. cannot estimate or control these charges, as rates vary by country and authority.
Exchange & Warranty
15-Day Warranty for Manufacturing Defects
- We offer a one-time exchange for items with verified manufacturing defects or incorrect items within
15-day warranty period upon receiving the item. - Warranty coverage and exclusions are governed by the merchandise Warranty Policy available on a separate page.
- This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
How to Request an Exchange
- Inspect your order immediately upon receiving it.
- Provide clear photos or videos showing:the defect, orThe incorrect item was receivedSubmit proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Exchange & Return Instructions
- If a return is required, we will provide a return shipping label along with step-by-step instructions.
- Please do not send items back without prior approval, as unapproved returns will not be accepted.
- ZUS Commerce (M) Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to repair, replace, or reject any exchange request at its sole discretion.
- If the exact unit, colour, or design is unavailable, we may provide a replacement of equal value, at our sole discretion.
- ZUS Commerce (M) Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
Refunds
- All sales are final.
- Refunds are only issued when:
- A verified manufacturing defect exists and
- A replacement or exchange is unavailable.
Refund Conditions
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
- Refunds are issued based on the net amount paid. Coupons, vouchers, or promotional discounts are forfeited.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Purchases made using gift cards are not eligible for refunds.
- Items sold at a discount due to known defects are non-refundable.
- ZUS Commerce (M) Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to reject refund requests deemed excessive, abusive, or resale-related.
Returns
- If a return is needed, we provide a return shipping label and instructions.
- Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Conditions
- Return requests must be submitted within 15 days from the date the item was received.
- Online Purchases: Merchandise purchased online must be returned to our warehouse via the designated parcel return process. Returns and/or refunds at physical stores will not be accepted.
- ZUS Outlet Purchases: Merchandise purchased at ZUS outlets is strictly not eligible for return or refund. All return and refund requests will not be accepted at any physical store.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition, including all packaging, tags, and labels.

- ZUS Commerce (M) Sdn. Bhd. reserves the final decision on all return requests and the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
