How It Works?
Registering Your ZUS Tumbler
Step 1
A unique QR code will be sent to you registered email address within 48 hours after purchase.
(You can screenshot and scan from album too!)
Step 2
Go to "My Account" > Select "Register Your ZUS Tumbler"
Step 3
Select "Own A ZUS Tumbler"
Step 4
Scan the QR Code sent to you, or
select to scan the screenshot from your album
Step 5
Voila! You are officially registered as a ZUS Tumbler proud owner!
Remark: If you've purchased a ZUS Tumbler prior to the launch of this program, please fill up this help form for our team to assist you accordingly.
Redeeming Your 10% Discount
Step 1
Select the drink you want to use with your tumbler
(Remark: This option is available for "Pick-up" order)
Step 2
Go to "Add Voucher" to find your BYZT voucher
Step 3
Select the "10% Off" voucher to trigger the discount
(Remark: Voucher is available for redemption twice a day)
Step 4
Bring your tumbler over to outlet for serving and ENJOY YOUR COFFEE!
FAQ
Is the 10% BYZT discount applicable to all choices of drinks?
The 10% discount is only applicable to all choice of drinks ordered via ZUS App except for bottled Drinks, ZUS Bottled Necessity, and Frappe / whipped cream drinks.
What if I purchase 2 or more drinks at a time using BYZT discount code?
Only one drink which you selected to use ZUS Tumbler will be entitled to the 10% discount at a time.
Where can I claim the 10% discount code?
The 10% discount code will be reflected in your ZUS App Reward column directly upon successful registration of your ZUS Tumbler.
How many times can I use the 10% BYZT discount code?
You can use the 10% discount code maximum 2 times a day (Fun fact: Malaysians in average drink 2 cups a day).
Will I be able to collect cup counts for this program?
Yes, you will be eligible for cup counts with the particular discount code under this program.

Must I bring my ZUS Tumbler to the outlet if I purchase with the BYZT discount code?
Yes, you are required to bring your own ZUS Tumbler because the barista will not prepare your drink in the standard cup whenever you select to serve in the tumbler on the app.
Is this applicable for Delivery or Drive-Thru options?
No, this program is only available for Pickup orders via ZUS App.
Can I stack the 10% BYZT discount code with other promotions?
Unfortunately, you can’t stack the 10% discount code with other promotions.
Can I redeem the 10% BYZT discount code over the counter?
In order to continuously providing a streamlined experience, we currently allow you to redeem the 10% BYZT discount code via ZUS App only.
Can I still redeem the BYZT 10% discount if I use a non-ZUS Tumbler?
Technically no because this discount is made exclusively for all ZUS Tumbler owners only. We strongly recommend you to use ZUS Tumblers because they are carefully designed to fit all our drink selections.
If I own more than one ZUS Tumbler, does that mean I can redeem more than 2 times a day?
Unfortunately, the discount code is unique to each user account, and not the number of tumblers. Even if you own 10 tumblers, maximum redemption per user per day is still limited to 2 times.

Unfortunately, the discount code is unique to each user account, and not the number of tumblers. Even if you own 10 tumblers, maximum redemption is limited to one drink at a time.
Why are there standard limitations set even if I own more ZUS Tumblers?
As our ZUS App involves storing of transactional credits, it’s absolutely important for us to keep the one user per account policy instead of account sharing. We too advocate for sustainable consumption, therefore we encourage one user to only own one tumbler with them at a time.
Am I eligible for the BYZT program if I purchased any of ZUS Tumblers prior to the launch of this program?
