Shipping Policy

1. How long does delivery take?

West Malaysia: 2-5 working days 

East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan): 7-14 working days

2. How can I track my order?

We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item is ready to be shipped out from the warehouse.

3. How much is the shipping fee?

West Malaysia:
- Flat rate of RM6 for orders below RM60
- FREE shipping for orders above RM60

East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan):
- Flat rate of RM18 for orders below RM100
- FREE shipping for orders above RM100

4. Are there any customs and import charges?

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be bear by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no exact detail on these charges, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.


Exchange Policy

Under our 15-day warranty policy, we offer an exchange for items with manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Please inspect your order once received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can rectify the issue by exchanging the item.

To be eligible for an exchange, you will need to provide a video of the defective part or a photo of the wrongly delivered item and the receipt / proof of purchase. Please fill up this help form and our friendly support team will assist you within 48 working hours.

If a return is required, we will provide you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We do not allow change-of-mind returns. We also do not accept the return of certain types of items including but not limited to the following:

1.  Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

2.  Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

3.  Personal care goods (such as beauty products)

4.  Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

5.  On-sale items

6.  Gift cards
