High quality coffee can only be made with high quality raw materials. Our 100% Arabica coffee beans are grown and processed in award-winning coffee estates. Every single bean undergoes rigorous quality control and is appraised by international standard Q graders. 

Quality coffee roasted to perfection.

Our beans are roasted in specially imported PROBAT roasters. These utilise specially developed mechanisms to roast the beans not only via convective heat transfer, but also conductive. The roasting process is supervised by senior coffee roasters, ones with years of experience and a deep understanding of specialty coffee, who help ensure the stability of the flavour is retained throughout the process.

Quality coffee, down to the finest details.

Every step of the process is important in not just preserving our coffee’s quality, but amplifying it. After the coffee beans are finely grinded down to uniform thickness, the final step is to lock in the coffee’s freshness with nitrogen and reduce any oxygen in the grounds down to 1%. This results in a silky smooth texture and greatly enhances the flavour, unlocking tasting notes that might not have been there without this extra step.

Simply follow these four easy steps:

  • Step 1

    After tearing open the inner bag, take out the filter bag and pull open the hangers on both sides of the filter bag,

  • Step 2

    Tear in the direction indicated by the arrow and hang it securely on the coffee mug.

  • Step 3

    Do a first pour of about 20ml of hot water (around 85°C–95°C), before slowly pouring another 140ml±10ml of hot water.

  • Step 4

    Ensure all the coffee grounds are damp and let it steep for 15–20 seconds. Remove the filter bag and enjoy.
