Malaysiaku
Taking inspiration from Malaysia's traditional Batik Songket, you'll find four different types of coffee beans—Robusta, Arabica, Liberica and Excelsa—woven into the pattern, symbolizing our passion for coffee and the lifestyle we share with you.
The signature ZUS blue ties it all together, reflecting our brand while honoring the timeless beauty of Batik. More than just drinkware, it's a piece of our home, Malaysia, wherever we go.
Bunga Tabur
Inspired by the timeless elegance of Songket Bunga Tabur—a pattern often seen on Malay men's Sampin—this design embodies cultural pride and heritage. Once worn by Malay royalty, it is now cherished as a symbol of Malaysia’s rich tradition.
The vibrant colours symbolize prosperity and blessings, while the gold accents reflect the regal nature of Songket. Traditionally woven with metallic threads—we’ve used a special technique to capture the same refined texture, now on our All Day Cup.
Pua Kumbu
Inspired by the timeless artistry of Sarawak’s Pua Kumbu, this pattern celebrates the rich cultural heritage of the Iban people. The Buaya (crocodile) motif, a powerful symbol in Iban folklore, pays tribute to the legendary tale of Bujang Senang, a mystical creature representing strength and resilience.
Pua Kumbu is more than just a craft — it's a sacred tradition deeply intertwined with Iban history and spirituality. Each intricate patten is a story that carries history and legacy.
Through this design, we aim to celebrate the Iban people's artistic legacy and contribute to the preservation of their cultural heritage.
