1. Organiser

This Contest (“Contest”) is organised by ZUS COMMERCE (M) SDN. BHD. (formerly known as ZUS Coffee (M) Sdn. Bhd.)[Company No. 202001024961 (1381281-T)], with a business address at No. 7, Jalan Penyajak U1/45A, Seksyen U1, Glenmarie, 40150 Shah Alam, Selangor (“ZUS”).

2. Eligibility

2.1 The Contest is open to all Malaysian citizens aged 18 years and above (“Participants”).

2.2 Employees of ZUS, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and any party directly involved in the organisation or execution of the Contest, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

2.3 Entries must be submitted through authentic and verifiable social media accounts and the account shall be accessible by the public (not a private
account). ZUS reserves the right to disqualify any entries submitted via:

a) Fake, impersonated, or recently renamed accounts.

b) Multiple accounts owned by the same individual;

c) Any account or submission suspected of fraud, manipulation, misconduct or any other unacceptable conduct to ZUS.

2.4 ZUS has the absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of the Participants. Such determination shall be final and ZUS is not obliged to give any reason for its determination. In the event of a disqualification after the Prize has been awarded, ZUS reserve the right to request the return of the Prize or reimbursement of its value from the disqualified or ineligible participant. While ZUS will make a reasonable effort to verify Participants' eligibility, failure to disqualify an ineligible participant shall not be considered as a breach by ZUS.

3. Contest Period

The Contest runs from 11 June 2025 to 15 June 2025, ending at 11:59 PM (MYT) (“Contest Period”). ZUS reserves the right to disqualify entries submitted before or after the Contest Period. ZUS also reserves the right to modify, cancel, extend, or shorten the Contest Period or amend the Contest mechanics at its sole discretion without prior notice.

4. How to Participate (Contest Mechanic)

4.1 Mandatory steps for a Valid Entry

The Participants shall complete the following mandatory steps using Participant’s Instagram during the Contest Period:

4.1.1 Follow ZUS official Instagram Account namely @zusoriginals (“ZUS Official Instagram Account”).

4.1.2 Like and share the official giveaway post published by ZUS Official Instagram Account (“ZUS Official Giveaway Post”);

4.1.3 Comment on a comment section of ZUS Official Giveaway Post by;                      
i. providing a genuine and creative answer to this question: “Is your dad an Aqua guy or a Mountain guy? And why?”;and

4.1.4 Upon fulfillment of the above mandatory steps by the Participant, the entry will be considered as a valid entry to participate in the Contest (“Valid Entry”). The Valid Entry is eligible for prize as specified under Item 6 provided always that Items 2, 5 and 6 is fulfilled.

4.2 Multiple Entry

The Participant is allowed to submit multiple entries provided that each additional entry shall fulfil the following requirements:

                            
i. each new comment shall include a new answer to the question stated in Item 4.1.3(i); and

                           
ii. each new comment must tag three (3) different, genuine, valid and active Participant’s Instagram friends who have not been tagged in any prior entry submitted by the same Participant.

For an avoidance of doubt, entries that duplicate previous answers or repeat previously tagged friends shall be deemed invalid and may be disqualified at the sole discretion of ZUS.

5. Selection Criteria

5.1 The Winners of the Contest shall be selected based on the following weighted criteria:

a) 50% – Engagement: The total number of ‘likes’ received on the Participant’s comment submitted as a Valid Entry.

b) 50% – Creativity & Relevance: The originality and how well the story aligns with the Contest theme, as judged by ZUS’s appointed campaign Person-in-Charge (“PIC”), in their sole and absolute discretion.

5.2 All decisions made by ZUS or the PIC are final and binding. No appeals or correspondence will be entertained regarding the outcome of the Contest or the decision-making process.

6. Prizes

6.1 Each winner will receive one (1) box of the Aqua & Mountain ZUS®All Day Cup Collection.

6.2 Winners will be announced on 18 June 2025 via ZUS Official Instagram Account.

6.3 Prizes must be claimed in person unless otherwise arranged. If collection by a representative is required, an authorization letter and a copy of both ICs (winner and representative) must be presented.

6.4 If delivery is selected, ZUS bears no responsibility for any delays, damages, or loss incurred during transit.

6.5 If a winner fails to claim the prize within fourteen (14) days of announcement, the prize will be forfeited at ZUS’s sole discretion.

6.6 Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. ZUS reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without prior notice.

6.7 Participants are responsible for any applicable taxes related to the receipt of the prize.

6.8 Prizes are accepted at the Participant’s own risk. Winners may be required to sign a release or indemnity form if requested by ZUS.

7. Representations & Warranties

7.1 By participating, each Participant warrants that:

a) They have read and fully understands these Terms;

b) They meet all eligibility requirements;

c) They are the legitimate owner of the submitted entry;

d) Their comment does not infringe on any third-party rights;

e) They will not promote or associate the contest with political, religious, or controversial causes that may negatively affect public sentiment or ZUS’s brand image.

Participants also grant ZUS an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use their name, comment, likeness, and other submitted content for promotional, advertising, and publicity purposes, across any media platforms, without further compensation.

8. Liabilities & Indemnities

8.1 Participants shall indemnify and hold harmless ZUS, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from participation in the Contest or breach of these Terms.

8.2 ZUS is not liable for any loss or damage due to:

a) Technical or system failures or any interruptions (e.g., poor internet connection, platform errors);

b) Any circumstance beyond ZUS’s control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics).

ZUS reserves the right to cancel or amend the Contest or disqualify entries due to unforeseen issues, without any liability to Participants.

9. Personal Data Protection

9.1 By entering this Contest, Participants consent to the collection and processing of their personal data by ZUS, which may include the Participant’s full name, contact number, home address, email address, Malaysian IC number, and date of birth.

9.2 Personal data may be used for:

a) Verification, winner contact, and prize delivery;

b) Marketing and promotional purposes;

c) Shared with third-party partners or affiliates involved in the Contest.

10. Amendments

ZUS reserves the right to amend, modify, delete, or add to these Terms and Conditions and/or Contest mechanics at any time, without prior notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of such amendments.
