ZUS NGUPI® ZUS Coffee® Shopping Bag Promotion (East Malaysia)
Terms & Conditions
1. The ZUS NGUPI® - ZUS Coffee® Shopping Bag promotion (the "Promotion") is a limited-time promotion which is only applicable to all variants of the ZUS NGUPI® Instant Premix product line with a minimum spend of RM25 and above in a single receipt. Limited to one (1) redemption per transaction.
a. Spend RM25 and above on ZUS NGUPI® Instant Premix Products and receive:
- One (1) unit of ZUS Coffee® Shopping Bag.
2. The Promotion is available exclusively at participating retail outlets in Sabah & Sarawak only. This Promotion is valid while stocks last. Availability may vary according to location and retailer. The ZUS Coffee® Shopping Bag is non-exchangeable for cash, credit or other items, and is provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. The ZUS Coffee® Shopping Bag is provided on an 'as-is' basis. ZUS NGUPI® makes no warranties regarding the quality or fitness for the purpose of the promotional item.
4. ZUS NGUPI® reserves the right to amend, replace, or discontinue any part of the Promotion, including product contents, pricing, availability, and packaging or to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
5. Visuals used in promotional materials are for illustration purposes only. The actual appearance, colour, or packaging of the products and the ZUS Coffee® Shopping Bag may vary from the image shown.
6. All purchases are subject to the specific store policies of the respective retailer. Any requests for refunds, exchanges, or after-sales support must be directed to the outlet where the original purchase was made, accompanied by a valid receipt. The ZUS Coffee® Shopping Bag must be redeemed at the point of purchase at the participating outlet.
7. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. By purchasing the promotion, customers agree to be bound by these terms.
8. ZUS NGUPI® shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred by the customer in connection with the use of the promotional item.
Terma & Syarat
1. Promosi ZUS NGUPI® - ZUS Coffee® Shopping Bag (“Promosi”) adalah promosi untuk tempoh terhad yang hanya merujuk kepada variasi produk ZUS NGUPI Instant Premix dengan pembelian minimum sebanyak RM25 dan ke atas dalam satu resit. Terhad kepada satu (1) penebusan setiap transaksi.
a. Dengan perbelanjaan RM25 dan ke atas bagi produk ZUS NGUPI® Instant Premix, pelanggan akan menerima:
- Satu (1) unit ZUS Coffee® Shopping Bag
2. Promosi ini hanya tersedia secara eksklusif di cawangan runcit terpilih di Sabah & Sarawak sahaja. Promosi adalah sah selagi stok masih ada. Ketersediaan mungkin berbeza mengikut lokasi dan peruncit. ZUS Coffee® Shopping Bag tidak boleh ditukar dengan wang tunai, kredit atau barangan lain, dan disediakan berdasarkan siapa cepat dia dapat.
3. ZUS Coffee® Shopping Bag disediakan dalam keadaan "sedia ada". ZUS NGUPI®tidak membuat jaminan mengenai kualiti atau kesesuaian untuk tujuan item promosi.
4. ZUS NGUPI® berhak untuk meminda, menggantikan atau menghentikan mana-mana bahagian Promosi, termasuk kandungan produk, harga, ketersediaan dan pembungkusan atau untuk mengemas kini Terma & Syarat ini pada bila-bila masa.

6. Semua pembelian tertakluk kepada dasar kedai khusus peruncit masing-masing. Sebarang permintaan untuk bayaran balik, pertukaran atau sokongan selepas jualan mesti ditujukan kepada kedai tempat pembelian asal dibuat, disertakan dengan resit yang sah. ZUS Coffee® Shopping Bag mesti ditebus pada tempat pembelian di kedai yang mengambil bahagian.
