ZUS NGUPI® x Munchy's Oat Krunch On-Pack Promotion
Terms & Conditions
- The ZUS NGUPI® & Munchy's Oat Krunch On-Pack Promotion ("Promotion") is a limited-time offer applicable to selected ZUS NGUPI® Instant Premix variants bearing the official promotional sticker ("Participating Products").
2. Each promotional pack ("Pack") consists of:
- One (1) pouch of ZUS NGUPI® Instant Premix (Participating product only); and
- Two (2) units of Munchy's Oat Krunch Dark Chocolate (26g each).
3. The Pack is available exclusively at selected retail outlets in Peninsular Malaysia, while stocks last. Availability may vary by location and retailer, and no guarantee is given that stocks will be available at all times.
4. The retail price of the Pack may vary depending on the retailer. ZUS NGUPI® does not control or fix retail pricing at individual outlets.
5. ZUS NGUPI® reserves the right to amend, substitute, or discontinue any part of the Promotion including the Pack contents, pricing, packaging, availability, and packaging or to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
6. Images and visuals used in promotional materials are for illustration purposes only. Actual product appearance, colour, or packaging may differ.
7. All purchases are subject to the respective retailer's policies. Any request for return, refund, or exchanges must be made directly to the retail outlet where the purchase was made, together accompanied with a valid proof of purchase.
8. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
9. By purchasing the Pack, customers are deemed to have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
10. To the extent permitted by law, ZUS Coffee shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in this Promotion, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

- Promosi ZUS NGUPI® & Munchy's Oat Krunch Dalam Pek ("Pek") ialah tawaran masa terhad yang terpakai kepada varian ZUS NGUPI® Instant Premix terpilih yang mempunyai pelekat promosi rasmi ("Produk yang Mengambil Bahagian").
2. Setiap pek promosi ("Pek") terdiri daripada:
- Satu (1) uncang ZUS NGUPI® Instant Premix (Produk yang Mengambil Bahagian sahaja); dan
- Dua (2) unit Munchy's Oat Krunch Dark Chocolate (26g setiap satu).
3. Pek ini boleh didapati secara eksklusif di kedai-kedai terpilih di Semenanjung Malaysia, selagi stok masih ada. Ketersediaan mungkin berbeza mengikut lokasi dan kedai, dan tiada jaminan diberikan bahawa stok akan sentiasa tersedia.
4. Harga Pek-pek mungkin berbeza bergantung kepada kedai masing-masing. ZUS NGUPI® tidak mengawal atau menetapkan harga tersebut di kedai individu.
5. ZUS NGUPI® berhak untuk meminda, menggantikan atau menghentikan mana-mana bahagian Promosi termasuk kandungan Pek, harga, pembungkusan, ketersediaan dan pembungkusan atau untuk mengemas kini Terma & Syarat ini pada bila-bila masa tanpa notis terlebih dahulu.
