Terms & Conditions
This Ngupi & Win Campaign is organized by ZUS Commerce (M) Sdn Bhd (Registration No. 202001024961 (1381281-T))(“Organizer”).
1. Prizes available to be won are as follows:
- Prize 1: ZUS Coffee RM10 Voucher
- Prize 2: Lotus's RM5 e-Voucher
2. The validity period for all prizes below:
- ZUS Coffee RM10 Voucher (Prize 1): The validity period until 20 November 2026.
- Lotus's RM5 e-Voucher (Prize 2): The validity period until 20 November 2026.
The Organizer reserves the right not to honor any prize claims made after this date.
3. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or any other products and are non-transferable.
4. Damaged, defaced, photocopied, or altered Ngupi & Win card will be deemed invalid.
5. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the authenticity of any winning Ngupi & Win card and to reject any redemption deemed suspicious or fraudulent.
6. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute prizes with others of similar value without prior notice.
7. The Organizer shall not be held responsible for any losess, damage, or expired vouchers resulting from improper handling or failure to redeem within the validity period.
8. The Organizer reserves the right to amend, vary, or update these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
9. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Organizer shall be final and binding.
ZUS Coffee RM10 Voucher:
1. ZUS COFFEE reserves the right to amend/cancel this promotion at any time.
2. Redemption must be made via ZUS Coffee App under Redeem Gift Card.
3. Each pin is limited to one (1) redemption only.
4. This gift card is not applicable for walk in purchase.
5. This gift card is valid until 20 November 2026 if not keyed into the ZUS COFFEE App.
6. This gift card is valid for 1 year upon keying it under Redeem Gift Card in the ZUS COFFEE Mobile App and after successfully topping up ZUS Balance.
7. This gift card is strictly not exchangeable or replaceable for cash.
8. ZUS Coffee shall be entitled to withhold any benefits under the services rendered, with or without notice to the users, if the user is found to have breached ZUS COFFEE's Users Terms and Conditions.
Steps to redeem:
Install ZUS COFFEE App > Go to Gift Card > Go to Redeem > Key in the gift card code > Click Redeem Now
LOTUS'S RM5 eVoucher:
1. Lotus's eVoucher are valid for 365 days from the date of issuance or until a pre-determined fixed expiration date.
2. Lotus's eVoucher can be used in place of equivalent cash value to buy merchandise at any of our stores in Malaysia.
3. Lotus's eVoucher can be used together with cash (legal tender), credit / debit card or e-wallets.
4. Maximum redemption limit of RM500 per transaction is applicable for multiple Lotus's Cash Voucher and Lotus's eVoucher redemptions only.
5. Strictly no validity date extension provided for any vouchers purchased from Lotus's Malaysia.
6. No change will be given if the purchase value is less than the value of Lotus's Cash Voucher denomination.
7. All vouchers, customer's minimum amount spend must be at least the same as Lotus's eVoucher denomination.
8. Lotus's vouchers are non-exchangeable nor refundable (ie not returnable for cash or new voucher).
9. Lotus's Malaysia will not entertain any claims for defaced, damaged or lost vouchers. (ie Voucher is deemed null and void if found tampered, defaced, torn or damaged).
10. All vouchers are not valid at the Food Court or any outlets not operated by Lotus's Malaysia.
11. Lotus's Malaysia reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of Terms and Conditions of use at any time. Changes will be effective with no other notice provided.
12. Your use of any vouchers from Lotus's Malaysia indicates your agreement to be bound by Lotus's Malaysia Terms and Conditions.
13. Lotus's Malaysia reserves the right to withdraw or cancel any vouchers for any reason at any time.
14. Lotus's Malaysia shall not be liable to any customer or household for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation, or withdrawal of any vouchers or any failure or inability of a customer or household to use a voucher for any reasons.
15. When you use a Lotus's eVoucher you warrant to Lotus's Malaysia that you are the duly authorised recipient of the voucher and that you are using it in good faith.
16. If you redeem, attempt to redeem, or encourage the redemption of the vouchers to obtain discounts to which you or a third party are not entitled you may be committing a civil or criminal offence.
17. If we reasonably believe that any vouchers are being used unlawfully or illegally we may reject or cancel any vouchers and you agree that you will have no claim against us in respect of any rejection or cancellation. Lotus's Malaysia reserves the right to take any further action it deems appropriate in such instances.
18. Each Lotus's eVoucher is valid for one-time redemption only at any time on or before Expiry Date.

1. Hadiah yang ditawarkan adalah seperti berikut:

2. Tempoh sah bagi semua hadiah adalah seperti berikut:

3. Setiap pin terhad kepada satu (1) penebusan sahaja.
4. Baucar ini tidak sah untuk pembelian secara walk-in.

e-Baucar Lotus’s RM5:
- e-Baucar Lotus's sah selama 365 hari dari tarikh dikeluarkan atau sehingga tarikh luput yang telah ditetapkan.
- e-Baucar Lotus's boleh digunakan sebagai nilai tunai untuk membeli barangan di mana-mana stor Lotus's di Malaysia.
- e-Baucar Lotus's boleh digunakan bersama wang tunai, kad kredit / debit, atau e-dompet.
- Had penebusan maksimum RM500 setiap transaksi terpakai untuk penebusan pelbagai Baucar Tunai dan e-Baucar Lotus's.
- Tiada lanjutan tarikh sah diberikan bagi sebarang baucar yang dibeli daripada Lotus's Malaysia.
- Tiada wang baki akan diberikan jika nilai pembelian kurang daripada nilai denominasi baucar.
- Nilai pembelian minimum pelanggan mesti sekurang-kurangnya sama dengan nilai denominasi e-Baucar Lotus's.
- Baucar Lotus's tidak boleh ditukar atau dipulangkan (iaitu tidak boleh ditukar kepada wang tunai atau baucar baharu).
- Lotus's Malaysia tidak akan melayan sebarang tuntutan untuk baucar yang rosak, hilang atau tercemar (baucar dianggap tidak sah jika didapati koyak, haus, atau diubah suai).
- Semua baucar tidak sah di Food Court atau mana-mana premis yang tidak dikendalikan oleh Lotus's Malaysia.
- Lotus's Malaysia berhak mengubah, meminda, menambah atau membuang mana-mana bahagian Terma & Syarat pada bila-bila masa tanpa notis lain.
- Penggunaan sebarang baucar Lotus's menunjukkan persetujuan anda untuk terikat dengan Terma & Syarat Lotus's Malaysia.
- Lotus's Malaysia berhak menarik balik atau membatalkan mana-mana baucar atas sebarang sebab pada bila-bila masa.
- Lotus's Malaysia tidak bertanggungjawab ke atas sebarang kerugian kewangan akibat penolakan, pembatalan, atau penarikan baucar atau kegagalan pelanggan menggunakan baucar atas sebarang sebab.
