1. ZUS App users shall be eligible to redeem the points collected in their ZUS App account for a voucher valued at RM3.00, which may only be redeemed for the purchase of Zus Commerce (M) Sdn. Bhd. (“ZCM”) products, and shall not be applicable, exchangeable, or redeemable for any other products, services, or cash value.
   
   
2. The RM3.00 discount voucher is valid at ALL Eco-Shop outlets, until 4 October 2026 only. To locate the nearest outlet, you may navigate their 'store locator' from the official Eco-Shop website.
   
   
3. This voucher is only applicable to ZCM products when there are at least two (2) ZCM products in a single receipt, with a combined pre-discount purchase value of a minimum of RM10.00 is met. This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotion, loyalty reward, or voucher unless expressly stated otherwise by ZUS and/or Eco-Shop.
   
   
4. For redemption at Eco-Shop outlets, kindly present the promo code to Eco-Shop's staff before payment to utilise the discount.

1. This voucher entitles the voucher holder to a discount of Ringgit Malaysia Three (RM3.00) only.

2. ZUS App points redeemed cannot be refunded. For the avoidance of doubt, ZUS App points used for the redemption of goods or services that are non-refundable or non-returnable shall be deemed fully utilised and will not be credited back under any circumstance.

3. This voucher is valid at ECO-Shop Marketing Sdn Bhd (“Eco-Shop”) with a minimum spend of RM10.00 on the purchase of any 2 units of the following ZCM products:

4. This voucher is only available until 4 October 2026. Any voucher not redeemed before the expiry date shall automatically expire and become invalid.

5. If the total purchase value exceeds the voucher amount, the balance must be paid by the bearer.

6. If the total purchase value is less than the voucher amount, the remaining balance will not be refunded or carried forward.

7. This voucher is limited to one (1) redemption per customer for the entire duration of this promotion, regardless of the number of ZUS accounts, devices, or Eco-Shop outlets used. This voucher and its promo code are personal to the redeeming customer, non-transferable, and may not be sold, bartered, or offered for consideration to any third party. ZUS reserves the right to reject or void any redemption, and to suspend the relevant ZUS account, where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, duplication, or abuse.

8. By redeeming this voucher using ZUS App points, the discount stated will be applied at checkout on the eco-shop receipt with the purchase of approved ZCM products.

9. ZUS reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw these terms and conditions and/or this promotion at any time, provided that reasonable notice of any material change will be given via the ZUS website, mobile application, and/or official social media channels, and that no such amendment shall affect any voucher already validly redeemed prior to the date of the change.

10. Eco-Shop is an independent third-party retailer and is not an agent, partner, employee, or representative of ZUS or ZCM. Save as expressly stated in these terms and conditions, neither ZUS or ZCM shall not be liable for any act, omission, representation, pricing error, stock unavailability, or conduct of Eco-Shop, its employees, or agents in connection with this promotion, and the bearer's recourse for any such matter shall be against Eco-Shop as the retailer of the products.

11. Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any right, remedy, or guarantee that a consumer has, or any liability that ZUS or ZCM or Eco-Shop has, under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 or any other applicable Malaysian law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12. ZUS shall not be responsible for any promo code that is lost, stolen, forgotten, or used by an unauthorised third party. Promo codes are held and used at the bearer's own risk.

13. Neither ZUS nor Eco-Shop shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing their respective obligations in connection with this promotion due to causes beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action or restriction, strikes, or supply chain disruption.

14. Any personal data collected in connection with the redemption of this voucher shall be processed by ZUS in accordance with its Privacy Notice and the Personal Data Protection Act 2010. By redeeming this voucher, the bearer acknowledges that they have read and understood ZUS's Privacy Notice.

15. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, and the parties and the bearer irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

16. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held by a court or authority of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Save for any right the consumer may have under applicable Malaysian law, all decisions made by ZUS in relation to the eligibility, validity, or interpretation of this promotion and these terms and conditions shall be final.
