• ZUSahawans are independent entrepreneurs and are not employees of ZUS®
• ZUSahawans are not official spokespeople for the company.
• Each ZUSahawan is responsible for obtaining the necessary permits and licenses from their local authorities to operate legally.
• It is the duty of each ZUSahawan to ensure their operations comply with all local council regulations.

Pricing

The selling price for ZUS NGUPI® beverages is fixed at RM3.90 per cup. This price is our commitment that we will keep our offerings affordable.

Hygiene Standards

All Zusawahan must adhere to strict hygiene requirements:

• Operators must wear an apron, cap and gloves during preparation and serving.
• All preparation areas and equipment are kept to high cleanliness standards.
• All cups, lids and straws are strictly for single use and are never reused.

Quality and Integrity

• Only official materials and consumables provided by ZUS® are used for serving ZUS NGUPI® beverages.
• Recipe ratios are mandatory to prevent any dilution or modification of the product.
• We prohibit the use of unfiltered tap water or any uncleaned source.
• Every ice source must be food grade and stored in sanitary containers.
