What are the available sizes? Our All Day Cup is only available in 500ml (17oz) for now—but keep an eye out! We’ve got more sizes coming soon.
What is the tumbler made out of? When you’re using our All Day Cup for your drinks, we want them to last all day—so we use TrueTaste Stainless Steel, a stainless steel coating that is specially designed to keep your cold drinks cold for 16 hours and your hot drinks hot for 12 hours.
Can I put my tumbler in the freezer? While you can technically put your All Day Cup in the freezer, our tumblers use double-walled vacuum insulation—which is a fancy way of saying our tumblers keep your drinks cold for a very long time. If you want an ice cold drink, try putting in a few ice cubes first!
Is the tumbler microwave safe? Nooo, please don’t microwave your All Day Cup—it’ll damage your tumbler… and likely the microwave too. If you want a hot drink, please pour hot water into your All Day Cup instead.
Can we wash our tumbler with a dishwasher? While it’s tempting to put your tumbler in the dishwasher, we recommend washing your All Day Cup by hand so it can last a long time. Dishwashers use high heat and strong water pressure which can affect the double-wall vacuum seal on your All Day Cup, meaning your drinks won’t keep as long as they should.
So how do I clean my tumbler? We’ve designed our All Day Cup to be as hassle-free as possible when cleaning! All you need to do is hand wash with soapy water using a sponge or brush to clean off any residue, then either leave to air dry or pat to dry. Super easy, right?
