Shipping and Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
Thank you for your interest! Unfortunately, we do not ship outside Malaysia for now.
But we might in the future, sign up for our mailing list and be the first to know the latest updates.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery within Malaysia will take 3 - 5 working days (West Malaysia), 7 - 14 working days (East Malaysia) upon purchase.
Tracking code will be shared in a separate email when the parcel is out for delivery.
However, this DOES NOT apply for PRE-ORDER items and is only applicable for READY STOCK items. It is the customer's responsibility to check the status of the item upon ordering as they are stated clearly on the website if the item is under PRE-ORDER [PRE-ORDER NOW] or the item is READY STOCK [ORDER NOW].
How is the delivery fee calculated?
West Malaysia:
- Flat rate of RM6 for orders below RM60
- FREE shipping for orders above RM60
East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan):
- Flat rate of RM18 for orders below RM100
- FREE shipping for orders above RM100
Payment
What are the payment methods available?
We accept the following:
1. Credit/Debit (via eGHL Payment Gateway)
Payments through debit/credit cards are processed by eGHL. All major debit/credit cards are accepted, except for AMEX.
2. Online Transfer (via eGHL Payment Gateway)
You can process a payment transfer (via online banking) to our account by selecting Online Bank Transfer during check-out. No extra charges will be imposed via this payment as we have absorbed the necessary fees for customers that pay via this method.
3. eWallet (via eGHL Payment Gateway), Atome (via Atome Payment Gateway)
You can process a payment transfer to our account by selecting eWallet during check-out. No extra charges will be imposed via this payment method as we have absorbed the necessary fees for customers that pay via this method.
Return and Refund
I’m not satisfied with my purchase, how do I exchange or request a refund?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) for an exchange or a full refund within 30 days from the day you've received your parcel. Returns must be in the state you received them, in the original packaging, not damaged and not used. Merchandise returned not in its original state may not qualify for an exchange or a refund.

What is the timeline for the refund?
For the vast majority of returns and exchanges, it takes about 15 -30 working days for us to get your package at the fulfilment centre, inspect your return, and process it into inventory before you receive your exchange or refund confirmation. The refund amount will be the paid amount for the order.
For refunds, it take 7-14 working days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
Products
Does the product come with a warranty?
Besides our 30-day customer happiness policy, we do not offer other warranties for our product. Rest assured all our products have met the highest production and quality control standards.
Can the products be customised?
Sorry, we do not offer any customisation on the products as of now. However, we can help with personalisation services such as greeting cards. Do drop us an email at zcm-sales@zuscoffee.com with your request and we will assist you from there.

What is the 'BYZT' program?
Bring-Your-ZUS-Tumbler (BYZT) is a program that allows you, our esteemed customer, to save 10% every time you order your favourite drink with a ZUS Tumbler, as part of our initiative to reduce plastic and paper cup consumption.

Availability in ZUS Coffee Outlets
Can I purchase the merchandise at ZUS outlets?
Our exclusive merchandise is available at selected outlets only, you may refer to your ZUS App for merchandise availability at each outlet.
Corporate Purchases
Is there an option for bulk purchases?
Yes, we do accept corporate orders. Please contact zcm-sales@zuscoffee.com and let us know what you need, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. The MOQ for bulk orders is 30 pieces and above.
