Can I use these tumblers for a frappe? Our Frozee Cold Cup isn’t just for iced drinks, it’s perfect for a frappe thanks to its size—650ml (22oz)—definitely big enough to enjoy an indulgent frappe!
What material is this tumbler made with? We want your iced drinks to stay cold for as long as possible! To do that, we slow down condensation using TrueTaste Double Wall, or acrylonitrile styrene. It’s BPA-free and safe for daily usage.
Can I put my tumbler in the freezer? You can, but we don’t recommend putting the Frozee Cold Cup in the freezer as it may become prone to cracking or breaking when frozen. For an ice cold drink, use ice cubes—our Frozee Cold Cup is designed to keep your drinks cold for as long as possible.
Is it microwave safe? Nooo, please don’t microwave your Frozee Cold Cup—it’s designed only for cold drinks. Consider getting one of our other products to enjoy a hot drink!
Is it dishwasher safe? It’s tempting to throw it in the dishwasher but we recommend washing your Frozee Cold Cup by hand so it can last a long time. Dishwashers use high heat and strong water pressure which can affect the double-wall vacuum seal on your Frozee Cold Cup, meaning your drinks won’t keep cold for as long as they should.
How do I clean my tumbler? Our Frozee Cold Cups are designed to make cleaning as hassle-free as possible. All you need to do is hand wash with soapy water using a sponge or brush to clean off any residue, then either leave to air dry or pat to dry. Super easy, right?
