SOP on ZUS tumbler

I have bought quite a few times using tumbler and every each time the drinks taste different from what it should taste like.

Here's a few drinks I bought using tumbler
Iced Americano - Full with ice, tasted bland
Iced Caramel Latte - I add on caramel syrup, usually will have twist of sweet syrup, but using tumbler I only can taste milk + espresso
Buttercreme Latte (add-on shot) - my go-to order but using tumbler, it tastes different. I used to the drink being balance between bitter=creamy. BUT this time the drink is way too creamy.

I hope there will be SOP implemented to make the drink better to serve to customers with tumbler. As much as we support local brand coffee, we would like to receive something good in return as well.
