Fit well but the lid too tight but can use.

I wasn't expecting there to be spare parts for lids but I'm glad the staff told me about it when I said mine was damaged. Everything went smoothy from the purchase to the delivery so yea I give 5 stars the the service!

Lid yg dibeli sampai dgn baik dan sama tiada kerosakan ,tetapi perlu ditambah balik lid itu kerana mudah crack atau pecah tk berbaloi gn harga rm 99 batik dgn lid mudah pecah

I've had to replace the lid of my tumbler three times since purchasing it. The first replacement was free from ZUS due to a spillage issue. The second time, I had to purchase a new lid because the original one broke and could no longer fully close after extended use. However, ZUS sent me a defective lid, and I had to arrange for them to send a replacement - the third lid. At this point, I'm uncertain how long it will be before I need to replace the lid again.
