I recently first time purchased the ZUS OG Instant Coffee Capsule Set as an exchange gift for the upcoming Christmas event at my workplace. The overall online shopping experience was good. Other than that, I would like to suggest a few improvements:
1. Packaging: The product, which is delivered in a paper box, should always be covered with a plastic bag to protect it during transit.
2. Mobile App: The ZUS mobile app should include a section or remark box where buyers can leave special instructions for the delivery, similar to what is offered by other shopping apps.
3. Delivery Issues: Currently, Malaysia is experiencing the rainy season in various states. When I received my delivery, the products were wet, and the paper box was damaged due to the rain. To avoid such issues, I recommend additional packaging protection.
4. Merchandise Display: I also suggest that ZUS Coffee consider setting up a merchandise section in its stores. This would be convenient for walk-in customers, allowing them to easily purchase products either for themselves or as gifts. Additionally, if any products are defective, customers could walk into a ZUS Coffee shop for exchanges or replacements.
